This web site is an experiment in running a web based business. I’ll keep you all updated on the latest sites I am creating as well as the methods for their promotion. While its mostly a record for me, I think other webmasters will be interested in the results of some of the things I try.
My computer experience is pretty extensive, but the articles I write will normally be at a level where any person with a basic understanding of computers should be able to follow allong. Feel free to skip any posts where I go into programming mode, but none of those posts should be required to understand what I’m doing. They may make daily tasks easier though.
I’ve been programming for over 10 years with professional web design starting about 1998 or 99. I have programmed large applications in PHP, I try to stick with standards compliant XHTML and CSS. I also have programmed in C, C++, and ASP *shudders*. That was back in 99 when I was proud of my MCSE and alll.
